Summary
This newbie pizzeria in Seymour Place from Argentinian chef Diego Jacquet of nearby Zoilo attracted “quite a bit of hype” at its November 2023 launch. Its biggest fans say it’s superb, and nobody rates it worse than good all-round. Apparently “it’s all in the dough”, fermented for 24 hours from an original blend of flours.
