The chef

At San Pietro we are incredibly proud of our multi-award winning restaurant with rooms.

Our 2 AA rosette fine dining restaurant uses the Sicilian heritage of our chef director Pietro as the inspiration for our menus. Pietro's passion for cooking comes from generations of his family and his mother, where his home was always full of fresh produce and the finest ingredients. Pietro has also spent time working with Michelin Star Giorgio Locatelli before opening San Pietro. Pietro’s passion drives the restaurant team and his visions become reality with our talented kitchen team.

From an intimate dinner for two to a party for one hundred, our artistic kitchen team combined with knowledgeable and attentive front of house staff creates a truly unique dining experience that you will be talking about for years to come!

Want to make a night of it? Our beautifully decorated boutique hotel, winner of the AA’s 2015-2016 funkiest B&B of the year award, features fourteen stylish and luxurious rooms that you will never want to leave. Each room features a luxury hypnos bed with goose feather pillows, a glass working desk and chair, separate bath and rain shower, complimentary Wi-Fi, smart LED TV’s, tea and coffee making facilities, minibar with complimentary bottle of mineral water and divine Molton Brown toiletries.

Our extremely talented managing director Michelle has ensured that the every  design aspect of San Pietro creates a welcoming yet striking impression with added quirks that makes us truly unique.

With three rooms licensed for civil ceremonies, our dedicated and experienced events team will work with you to ensure that your wedding is personal and truly reflects who you are as individuals and as a couple. Our bespoke approach to wedding planning guarantees that every aspect of your day will be exactly as you desire it.

Whether you are visiting for a unique dining experience, a luxurious overnight stay or both, San Pietro truly is the perfect boutique destination.

Not enough people have commented yet

Our reviews are based on an annual survey of ordinary diners which runs in Spring each year. But this establishment has not yet gathered enough feedback for our editors to write it up.

Do you think it deserves to be better known?

Write a quick review now using our restaurant diary service. That way it might catch our attention. Next survey, you can transfer your diary entry into our survey system. Everyone who contributes 5 or more reviews in our survey will qualify for a free guide.

For 34 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
