Harden's says
In Soho, the first permanent venue for an outfit that has operated pop-ups for three years, specialising in sushi hand-rolls made to order in front of the guest. Options include spicy tuna with jalapeno miso and torched scallop, as well as vegetarian choices. Head chef John Randy De Guzman was previously head chef at Tobi Masa and spent nearly a decade at Nobu.
